ARM 24.147.1103. SHIPPING CREMATED HUMAN REMAINS

(1) Cremated human remains sent through the U.S. mail must be marked, registered, sealed and properly addressed. (2) Cremated human remains may also be shipped through a common carrier that has an internal tracing system. (3) Cost of mailing or shipping shall be paid by the authorized agent.
