ARM 24.147.1112. CREMATORY PROHIBITIONS

(1) It is prohibited to cremate fetuses, limbs and body parts from private or public health agencies, medical doctors or colleges and universities unless appropriate permits and releases are provided to the crematory facility. (2) Copies of such permits and releases shall remain with the crematory facility and the parties contracting for the cremation services. (3) Cremation of animals or pets of any type, is strictly prohibited in a crematory facility designed for cremation of human remains.
