ARM 24.147.2109. PENALTY FOR NONCOMPLIANCE

(1) Morticians or funeral directors who have not requested inactive status and/or have not complied with the requirements of 12 hours of continuing education within a two-year period shall be subject to suspension or revocation of license after hearing.
