ARM 24.156.1626. MANAGEMENT OF INFECTIOUS WASTES

(1) Each physician assistant-certified licensed by the board shall store, transport off the premises, and dispose of infectious wastes, as defined in 75-10-1003, MCA, in accordance with the requirements set forth in 75-10-1005, MCA. (2) Used sharps are properly packaged and labeled within the meaning of 75-10-1005, MCA, when this is done as required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
