ARM 24.156.601. FEE SCHEDULE

(1) The following fees will be charged:
(a) License application fee $500
(b) Resident license fee 100
(c) Physician renewal fee (active) 500
(d) Physician renewal fee (inactive) 400
(e) Resident renewal 100
(f) Application for licensure in another state via interstate compact 100
(g) Initial license fee for physician granted a Montana license via
interstate compact 500
(2) Additional standardized fees to be charged are specified in ARM 24.101.403.
(3) All fees are nonrefundable.
