ARM 24.159.410. DUTIES OF MEMBERS OF THE BOARD

(1) The members acting as the board shall: (a) transact the general business of the board; (b) provide advice to the department concerning roles and functions of the board; (c) develop and amend rules consistent with the law, to fulfill the provisions of the nursing practice act; (d) develop policies for the transaction of board business which are consistent with good administrative practice; (e) recommend the budget according to the laws and rules of the state of Montana.
