ARM 24.162.506. PROVISIONAL LICENSE

(1) An application for a provisional license must be accompanied by the required fee, which will not be refunded.
(2) The provisional license is valid until the applicant either fails the first national examination taken or passes the examination and is granted a license, but may not exceed six months.
(3) Only one provisional license will be issued per applicant.
