ARM 24.16.7535. PAYMENT OF WAGES AND PENALTIES

(1) Whenever the department determines that wages and penalty, if any, are due, it will advise the employer regarding the method of payment. The department may require payment in either the department's or the claimant's name. The department may also require that payment be by money order, certified check, or other negotiable instrument.
