ARM 24.174.1713. RELEASE OF PRESCRIPTION DRUG REGISTRY INFORMATION TO OTHER ENTITIES

(1) The board shall provide prescription registry information to public or private entities for public research, policy, or educational purposes, but only after removing information that identifies or could reasonably be used to identify individuals or entities whose information is contained in the registry. (2) The board may charge a fee to a person who requests information under this rule.
