(1) A clinical pharmacist practitioner's registration may be disciplined by the board for unprofessional conduct as defined by the board in ARM 24.174.2301. (2) The BME may take appropriate action for the unlicensed practice of medicine under 37-3-101 and 37-1-317, MCA, if a clinical pharmacist practitioner exceeds the scope of practice as defined in 37-7-306, MCA.
