ARM 24.189.420. TEMPORARY PERMITS

(1) Applicants may be issued a temporary permit if the applicant: (a) lacks only the examination for licensure; and (b) works under the supervision of a Montana licensee of the same license type. (2) Supervisors must: (b) have at least three years licensure prior to the beginning of supervision; and (c) remain free of disciplinary actions during the supervisory period.
