ARM 24.201.532. APPLICATION REVIEW

(1) All applications, except applications for firm registration, out-of-state licensees seeking a Montana license under ARM 24.201.528, and foreign applicants seeking a Montana license under ARM 24.201.529, are considered nonroutine and must be reviewed by the board.
