ARM 24.207.2102. CONTINUING EDUCATION NONCOMPLIANCE

(1) Failure to comply with the completion or reporting requirements established by the board within 20 days of the written request is unprofessional conduct and shall result in disciplinary action by the board. (2) Failure to comply with continuing education requirements mandated by the AQB shall be reported to the Appraisal Subcommittee (ASC) National Registry Compliance Database.
