ARM 24.219.2110. CONTINUING EDUCATION NONCOMPLIANCE

(1) In the event that a licensed social worker shall fail to comply with these continuing education rules in any respect, the board shall promptly send a notice of noncompliance. The notice shall specify the nature of the noncompliance and state that unless the noncompliance is corrected or a request for a hearing before the board is made within 60 days, the statement of noncompliance shall be considered grounds for suspension or revocation.
