8.11.104 DEFINITIONS For purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions apply: (1) "Client" means a recipient of counseling services, provided by an eligible or certified counselor, and includes the primary client, family or household members and other significant relationships of the client. (2) "Eligible counselor" means an individual who has completed the academic requirements and the application process for certification.
