ARM 24.222.510. EXAMINATIONS

(1) Speech-language pathologist and audiologist applicants must pass the following examinations: (a) the national Praxis exams in speech-language pathology or audiology or their equivalents. Test results must be sent directly to the board from the testing agency; and (b) a jurisprudence examination prescribed by the board covering the statutes and rules governing the practice of speech-language pathology and audiology in Montana. (2) The jurisprudence examination must be passed with a score of 80 percent or greater. Any applicant who fails the jurisprudence examination may retake the examination.
