ARM 24.227.2301. UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

(1) In addition to other conduct specified by law, the following is unprofessional conduct:
(a) failing to notify the department within 30 days of:
(i) any change to ownership or change in business name of the construction contractor business; and
(ii) any change in business officers, members, or partners which has been or must be reported in filings with the Secretary of State;
(b) violating a federal, state, or local law or rule relating to the conduct of the profession or occupation; and
(c) engaging a person to perform work for which the person is not licensed.
