ARM 24.25.103. INTERVENTION

(1) Any employee, group of employees, employee representative, or employer may be permitted to intervene by serving a motion to intervene upon the parties and the division. The motion shall be accompanied by affidavit(s) establishing a basis for intervention. The division shall determine the validity of the basis for intervention.
