ARM 24.25.301. COMPOSITION OF UNIT

(1) A unit may consist of all of the employees of the employer or any department, division, bureau, section, or combination thereof if found to be appropriate by the board. (2) The composition of an appropriate unit may also be determined by mutual consent between such facility and the employees.
