ARM 24.25.305. EMPLOYER COUNTER PETITION

(1) A party shall have ten days after the date the board mails the petition for new unit determination in which to file a counter petition with the board in accordance with ARM 24.26.614. (2) The board shall serve a copy of the counter petition upon the petitioner.
