ARM 24.25.503. NOTICE OF DECERTIFICATION PROCEEDINGS

(1) The board shall require the employer to post in a conspicuous manner, a notice of decertification proceedings. Such notice shall be provided by the board and shall remain posted for a period of 20 days. (2) The employer shall confirm in writing to the board that it has received, posted, and shall continue posting of the notice for the required 20 days.
