ARM 24.25.804. ARBITRATION

(1) The parties may, at any period in the negotiations, agree to submit the issues to binding arbitration. (2) Both parties shall jointly notify the division in writing of this decision and of the identity of the arbitrator. (3) The parties may petition the division to assist in the selection of the arbitrator in accordance with rule 24.25.801 (4) The arbitrator shall render a decision within 30 days of his appointment.
