ARM 24.26.647. PROCEDURE FOLLOWING FILING OF PETITION FOR DECERTIFICATION

(1) The board shall direct an investigation of all questions and facts concerning the proposed decertification and shall have the following options: (a) to direct a hearing if deemed appropriate, after which the election and a pre-election conference shall be scheduled; or (b) to schedule the election and a pre-election conference. (2) An election will be held only after the existing unit has been determined, and an election is found to be warranted.
