ARM 24.28.103. REQUESTS FOR MEDIATION

(1) A party may request mediation by submitting a completed mediation request form to: Employment Relations Division, Mediation Unit, P.O. Box 8011, Helena, MT 59604. (2) Mediation request forms are available from the Employment Relations Division of the Department of Labor and Industry at the address above or by telephoning (406) 444-6543; and from local job service offices. For assistance in completing the form, a party may telephone the Employment Relations Division at (406) 444-6543.
