ARM 24.29.1515. IMPROVEMENT STATUS

(1) Improvement status must identify objective medical findings of the claimant's medical status, and note the effect of the medical services (positive, neutral, or negative), with respect to the goals of the treatment plan. (2) If there are any significant changes in the treatment plan, that fact must be noted and described.
