ARM 24.301.1205. DEFINITIONS

(1) "Bureau" means the Building and Commercial Measurements Bureau of the Department of Labor and Industry. (2) "Factory-built building" has the meaning provided in 50-60-101, MCA, and includes "Industrialized Building" and "Industrialized Housing" as defined in chapter two of the ICC/MBI 1205 Standard. (3) "Manufactured home" has the meaning provided in the state's property tax code, 15-24-201, MCA. (4) "Mobile home" has the meaning provided in the state's property tax code, 15-24-201, MCA. (5) "Prohibited sales notice" means a printed notification issued by the bureau that the unit may not be offered for sale because of violations of these rules. (6) "Unit" has the same meaning as "module" as defined in chapter two of the ICC/MBI 1200 Standard and the ICC/MBI 1205 Standard.
