ARM 24.301.1217. MANUFACTURER REGISTRATION

(1) Each manufacturer shall obtain approval from the department and be subject to Section 601 of the ICC/MBI 1205 Standard as adopted by the department. (2) Manufacturers applying for model plan review per [NEW RULE V (24.301.1221), once approved, will be listed as an approved manufacturer in the state of Montana.
