ARM 24.301.131. INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE OF INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE

(1) The department adopts and incorporates by reference the International Building Code, 2018 edition, unless another edition is specifically stated, together with Appendix Chapter C (Group U - Agricultural Buildings). (2) The IBC is a nationally recognized model code setting forth minimum standards and requirements for building design, construction, alteration, and repair. The IBC also provides a framework for program administration. (3) A copy of the IBC may be obtained from the International Code Council at www.ICCsafe.org .
