(1) A fourth grade student at the proficient level in information literacy/library media demonstrates solid academic performance. He/she: (a) follows copyright laws and fair use guidelines when using information; (b) credits ideas and works of others; and (c) practices safe, ethical, and legal behavior in supervised intellectual and social networks.
