ARM 24.301.402. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply: (1) "State Electrical Code" means the edition of the National Electrical Code or any other model electrical code, which is adopted, and as it may be modified by the department for use as a construction standard in and by Montana's electrical industry.
