ARM 24.301.610. ACCIDENTS

(1) When a permanently installed conveyance is involved in an accident causing injury or death, such accident must be reported to the department within 72 hours. The department may then cause the site of the accident to be inspected, the cause of the accident to be determined, and if necessary, require corrective action.
