ARM 24.351.1117. REGISTRATION BY RECIPROCITY

(1) The bureau may approve an individual registered serviceperson from any state if the bureau determines that the individual's state of registration's registered service agency's requirements are substantially similar to those used in this state, and the individual meets those requirements. The individual shall provide the bureau with any information necessary for the bureau to make this determination.
