ARM 24.40.819. REEMPLOYMENT SERVICES – NOTICE – APPOINTMENTS

(1) The department may identify individual claimants for participation in reemployment services programs. Claimants identified by the department must participate in an appointment with a designated employment services provider to assess the claimant’s individual needs. The department shall send the claimant notice of the scheduled appointment. (2) The department may deny benefits if a claimant fails to participate in the reemployment services program, which failure includes but is not limited to the following: (a) failure to attend a scheduled appointment with employment services; (b) failure to notify the employment service provider of the claimant’s need to reschedule an appointment; or (c) failure to comply with appointment or program requirements.
