ARM 24.7.314. BOARD REVIEW

(1) This board adopts as its limits of review the provisions of section 39-51-2404 , MCA. (2) Board of Labor Appeals review. The Board of Labor Appeals may on its own motion affirm, modify, or set aside any decision of an appeal tribunal on the basis of the evidence previously submitted in such case, or direct the taking of additional evidence, or may permit any of the parties to such decision to initiate further appeals before it.
