ARM 24.9.1010. HOUSING AND AUXILIARY SERVICES FOR STUDENTS

(1) Unless an exception is based on reasonable grounds, an educational institution shall not, on the basis of sex, apply different rules or regulations, impose different fees or requirements or different services or benefits related to housing and auxiliary services. (2) An educational institution may provide separate housing and auxiliary services on the basis of sex so long as the housing and auxiliary services provided to students of one sex, compared to that provided to students of the other sex, be, as a whole, and to the extent reasonably attainable by the institution, proportionate in quantity and comparable in quality and cost to the student. Students shall be provided equal access and equal treatment.
