ARM 24.9.220. EMERGENCY ORDER

(1) After a complaint is filed, if it appears that substantial and irreparable damage to any charging party or aggrieved person will occur unless prompt action is taken, a member of the commission may petition the district court for an injunction for appropriate relief.
