ARM 24.9.225. PROCEDURE ON FINDING OF NO REASONABLE CAUSE

(1) A finding of no reasonable cause will be accompanied either by a dismissal order and right to sue letter in accordance with ARM 24.9.263 or by a notice certifying the case for a hearing in accordance with ARM 24.9.230. (2) Any objection to a dismissal order and right to sue letter issued under (1) must be filed in accordance with the provisions of ARM 24.9.264.
