ARM 24.9.305. PRESENTATION OF A CASE IN SUPPORT OF A COMPLAINT

(1) All parties before the commission have the right to be represented by an attorney of their choice. Except as provided in ARM 24.9.1507, the commission will not provide counsel for parties or provide funds for the payment of counsel or legal representation. (2) The department may appear in any contested case for limited or special purposes to represent the interests of the commission or the public.
