ARM 24.9.410. NATURE OF HEARINGS

(1) Hearings on petitions for declaratory rulings shall be formal unless the parties stipulate that proceedings may be informal under 2-4-604 , MCA. (2) The parties may, by stipulation that proceedings may be informal, or by other stipulation, provide for hearing upon written evidence, stipulated fact, scientific evidence and literature, or otherwise.
