ARM 24.9.412. FINAL ORDERS

(1) The commission may enter its final order upon a petition based on the proposed order or the exceptions of the parties, or in the form of findings of fact, conclusions of law and final orders, in accordance with ARM 24.9.331. (2) All commission final orders upon a petition for declaratory ruling will be published in the Montana Administrative Register. The petitioner shall bear any cost of publication.
