ARM 2.21.230. ABSENCE DUE TO ILLNESS OR A WORK-RELATED INJURY

(1) As provided in 2-18-615, MCA, "absence from employment by reason of illness shall not be chargeable against unused vacation leave credits unless approved by the employee." (2) As provided in 39-71-736, MCA, an injured worker may take vacation leave without affecting the worker's eligibility for temporary total disability benefits.
