(1) Vacancy announcements must be clear, concise, and well-organized. At a minimum, they should contain all the information provided in the state's Guidelines for Preparing Vacancy Announcements found at the State Human Resources web site: http://hr.mt.gov/hrpp/guides.mcpx and also available from the State Human Resource Division, Department of Administration, Room 130 Mitchell Building, 125 Roberts Street, P.O.
