2.43.301 RETIREMENT SYSTEMS COVERED (1) Except where specifically noted all the rules stated herein are in effect for the following retirement systems: (a) public employees'; (b) game wardens'; (c) judges'; (d) highway patrol; (e) sheriffs'; (f) municipal police; and (g) firefighters' unified.
