2.43.310 RIGHT TO BE EXCLUDED -- NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS (1) Any member or other person receiving benefits from a retirement system may request to be excluded from receiving a mailing on behalf of all non-profit organizations by submitting a written request to the division. (2) Requests for exclusion will become effective no later than 30 days after the division receives the signed written request.
