2.43.902 TREATING SALARY DEFERRALS UNDER A CAFETERIA PLAN AS COMPENSATION - APPLICABILITY (1) This subchapter applies when considering whether a salary deferral permitted under an employer's cafeteria plan should be considered compensation for any of the board-administered retirement systems.
