(1) A graduating student at the novice level in technology is beginning to attain prerequisite knowledge and skills that are fundamental in technology. He/she, with assistance: (a) demonstrates an ability to input commands and data into digital devices; (b) identifies the appropriate digital tool to complete tasks; and (c) attempts the use of proper terminology when communicating about technology.
