ARM 2.44.505. ELIGIBILITY FOR SURVIVOR BENEFITS

(1) A beneficiary will be first eligible for survivor benefits on the first of the month following the month of the deceased member's death. (2) A birth certificate or some evidence of his/her birth date is required for each beneficiary eligible to receive survivor benefits.
