ARM 2.59.1404. NOTIFICATION TO THE DEPARTMENT

(1) The licensee shall notify the department by the close of business on the business day following: (a) a change in the physical location of the office; (b) any change in the phone number of the business; (c) a change in the nature of the business; (d) any change in the board of directors, principal officers, trustees, or limited liability company managers or member-managers; (e) the acquisition or disposition of another company; (f) any civil action involving fraud or dishonesty filed against the licensee; (g) any criminal charge involving fraud or financial dishonesty filed against the licensee; (h) any change which would cause the department not to issue a license, if it had occurred before licensure; and (i) the addition of other business to be conducted at the location.
