ARM 2.59.1413. REPORTS

(1) The following must be reported to the department: (a) any instances of theft within ten days of the discovery of the theft; (b) any change in managers within ten days of each occurrence; and (c) all questionnaires must be answered within ten days of the exit of the examination.
