ARM 2.59.1712. DESIGNATED MANAGERS

(1) The designated manager is responsible for assuring that all licensees working for the mortgage broker entity comply with:
(a) Title 32, chapter 9, part 1, MCA;
(b) these rules; and
(c) all applicable federal laws and rules incorporated therein.
(2) The designated manager is responsible for educating all employees on the mortgage broker entity's policies and the need to adhere to them.
